Group Study Exchange Team Selection

for 2010 Trip to The Philippines
April 5 through May 5, 2010 (Trip Dates May Change)

Team Members (Must be Non-Rotarians)

Applications must be postmarked by September 16, 2010

(Selection interviews will be held September 24 & 25, 2010, in Roswell, NM)

Steps for Group Study Exchange Team Applicants:

Step 3: Obtain an endorsing signature from a Rotary Club President. Each application must be endorsed by a local Rotary Club prior to being submitted for consideration. Any application received without an endorsement will be returned.  (Click to see list of Rotary Clubs in our district.)

Step 4: By the September 16, 2010, deadline, mail completed and endorsed application to: Donna Pedace (Home: 505-685-4115) P. O. Box 933 Abiquiu, NM 87510-0933

Step 5: If you are selected to be interviewed, you will contacted by September 20, 2010.

Step 6: If you are chosen for an interview, you must be available in Roswell for the evening of September 24 and morning of September 25, 2010, to meet with the GSE selection committee.

Step 7: If chosen to participate in the team, click for the Certificate of Insurance you must complete by January 15, 2011.
