Group Study Exchange Team Selection

for 2010 Trip to The Philippines
April 5 through May 5, 2010 (Trip Dates May Change)

Team Leader (Must be a Rotarian)

Applications must be postmarked by September 2, 2010

(Selection interviews will be held in Roswell, NM, September 11, 2010.)

Preference will be given to those applicants who are knowledgeable about

Rotary’s structure and programs.

Team Members (Must be Non-Rotarians)

Applications must be postmarked by September 16, 2010

(Selection interviews will be held September 24 & 25, 2010, in Roswell, NM)

Step 3: Obtain an endorsing signature from your Rotary Club President. Your application must be endorsed by a your Rotary Club prior to being submitted for consideration. Any application received without an endorsement will be returned.

Step 4: By the September 2, 2010, deadline, mail completed and endorsed application to: Donna Pedace (Home: 505-685-4115) P. O. Box 933 Abiquiu, NM 87510-0933

Step 5: If you are selected to be interviewed, you will contacted by September 6, 2010.

Step 6: If you are chosen for an interview, you must be available in Roswell for the lunch and the afternoon of September 11, 2010, to meet with the GSE selection committee.

Step 7: If you are chosen to lead the team, click for the Certificate of Insurance you must complete by January 15, 2011.
