Dr. Weber has published three books on the Spanish borderlands, including The Spanish Frontier in North America Fine Arts Opening - Opening Reception for Art exhibit to commemorate April 16, 1998 the Cuartocentennial and presentation of awards to winners of the El Paso Community College Student Art Competition.
