MATCHING
GRANTS (MG’s) PROCESS |
- Open space areas
of 10’x 6’ will be assigned
to each of the Rotary Clubs that would
like to promote a project.
- The Hotel will furnish
the open area with a table and chairs.
- It is the responsibility
of the presenting Clubs to prepare
all graphical exhibitions/stands and
to bring the display or booth and any
materials required.

Please note that the
Hotel may charge for these special
arrangements.
All Rotary clubs presenting
a project will be required to prepare
and submit their project’s abstracts
in English, in a maximum of three lines
of text, as depicted in the enclosed
form. These abstracts will be compiled
in a master index which will be forwarded
in advance to all attendants by e-mail,
in order to facilitate the selection
of the Matching Grants that comply
with your Club’s selection criteria.
At registration time
you will receive an updated copy of
the index indicating the location of
all the displays. You will be able
to visit your selected project displays
individually to discuss the matching
grants proposals.
All Clubs that want to
present a Matching Grant project need
to submit their abstracts in English
by e-mail no latter than COB October
24, 2003 to: ivon@rotariocampestrechi.org
Your prompt response
is appreciated as we will be distributing
weekly updates of the master index
to the e-mails of the participants. |
