Projects and Fund-Raisers

The Northeast El Paso Rotary Club is actively involved in the community. Several organizations/activities are supported each year whether by the Club or by the Northeast El Paso Rotary Foundation.

In July 1998, the Northeast El Paso Rotary Foundation was created. This fund has been used for such projects as a major contribution to the renovation of the Northeast YMCA, two full UTEP Presidential Scholarships for graduates of Northeast area public high schools, a large contribution to the Rotary International Polio Eradication Effort, and financial assistance to the El Paso Chapter of the National Flag Foundation.

With a rich history of supporting all of the principles of Rotary International locally, district-wide, and internationally, the Northeast El Paso Rotary Club continues its fund-raising efforts annually with a Car Banquet and a Golf Tournament.
