WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Presidents-Elect are required to attend. If a President-Elect is unable to attend PETS in Albuquerque, a President-Elect must contact District Governor-Elect Mark Glenn at markglenn5520@msn.com. Presidents Elect-Elect, Membership Directors/Chairs, and Public Relations Directors/Chairs are strongly encouraged to attend since PETS will emphasize these areas of club responsibility. All District 5520 Committee Chairs, LtGs and AGs and other Leadership Team Members are expected to attend.

Who Should Attend
This is the annual Rotary Foundation Training. It is a great program for Club Presidents-Elect, Club Foundation Chairs, Club Grants Chair and new Rotarians. It is a great time and place to learn about the Annual District Cruise, an over view of Polio Plus, Matching and Simplified Grants, Group Study Exchange, Ambassadorial Scholars, the Annual Program Fund and the Paul Harris Society. Rotarians can attend in groups around on PC and projector or at their own computer. REGISTER SOON AT NO COST.

Purpose and Who Should Attend
The District 5520 Grant Management Training is provided to assist the 2011-2012 Club Foundation Chairs and other club personnel responsible for Simplified and Matching Grants. It will help their understanding of their responsibilities and in the application for, execution of, and reporting and completion of those grants. As a minimum, your club's Primary Point of Contact (POC) on your Simplified and/or Matching Grant must complete this training. Attendance is required to obtain District 5520 grant funding.

Attendees should download and review the materials listed below prior to the e-Training.  The 2011-2012 District 5520 Foundation Committee is ready to help you in any way you need.  Just call us.
