Strategic Planning and Innovation are both key to vibrant Clubs and a vibrant District.  This includes planning and goal setting for at least three years out so that longer-term initiatives including global grants can be effectively carried out.  The Strategic Planning and Innovation Cadre is available to help with these efforts.  Please reach out to them if you have any questions or issues you want to discuss.
