2010 Guatemala Water Project & Home for Abondoned GirlsThis past April 2010, Deborah Simon led a team of Rotarians from District 5520 to the village of Los Cerritos to assist in a constructing a water project and onto Guatemala City to support a Home for Abondoned Girls.
Shelter Box - Tandem 10,000 miles
Rotary Espanola hosted Huw & Carolyn Thomas who are riding 10,000 miles on their tandem bike in aid of the disaster relief charity ShelterBox.
Riding across North America, New Zealand, Australia and Europe, our route
will link ShelterBox teams around the world and help mark the tenth
anniversary of the charitys founding
